Happpy Birthday Charlie!
On Friday night, Londyn and I went to her cousin Charlie's 3rd birthday party. She had a blast. Scooby Doo was there and so was a clown! The clown did magic tricks with rabbits and birds, made fun ballon animals, and did face painting. Londyn had pink flowers painted on her cheeks and Charlie's whole face was painted like a dog! Plus we had a bar-b-que and and ice cream cake from Cold Stone!

Cinco de Mayo and....
...it's Cody's birthday! Poor guy had to get on a plane and go to another convention. So sad! I did get to spend a couple hours with him before his flight though, and take him to lunch. After lunch, he, Londyn and I all shared a yummy cream cheese brownie! Happy Birthday Cody! You mean the world to me and I love you very much!
Fun in the South...
Londyn and Ryanne "admiring" (I mean picking) my mom's flowers!
Londyn had a good time riding the "Dora bike" in my parents long driveway.
Shootin' some hoops one evening.
Playing at the fountain. It wasn't really that hot while I was there, but we took the girls to the fountain anyway. It was pretty humid though; bad hair days for me, but actually great for Londyn! Her hair was full and fluffy every day!
This is at the little play place at the mall. There was no way we could walk by it with out stopping.
It was a fun trip. Nice and relaxing. Good food. But it's nice to be home again. We got a lot done on our yard on Saturday. They Sprinklers are almost finished. Cody did a great job. And i'm loving my tulips. They are all in bloom now and they are just beautiful!

I'm not in Utah anymore......!
Wednesday afternoon Londyn and I flew to Louisiana. Immediately after stepping off the plane, I could tell we were not in Utah anymore! There was an instant blast of heat and humidity. Londyn's hair curled almost right away! It was actually nice though, since it was cold and rainy when we left SLC. Then when I was watching the local news that night, they devoted 10 minutes of the sports segment to the upcoming squirrel hunting season! It was absolutely disgusting! I thought, where the heck am I?!?!?
(Thurs.) Today was nice. It wasn't as hot and there was a breeze. My mom and I took Londyn swimming this morning. And after dinner we took her to this new park by the lake. It was awesome! There is a playground and a fountain, picnic areas, trails, and a boardwalk by the water. And with the weather being nice it was so fun. I've been taking pictures but I don't have a way to download them, so I'll post them next week when I'm home.

Weekend in Boise
On our way to Boise we stopped in Brigham City at Maddox's for lunch. Londyn entertained herself by putting cabbage down her straw into her water glass. I think she gets her creativity from her dad!!
We stayed at a nice hotel right by the BSU campus. After a yummy breakast the 1st morning we went hottubbing. It was so cold outside! While I was getting ready Londyn patiently waited and read her new "potty" book!
This is the spring game (the reason we were in Boise). That's my brother Caleb, #81. (yes the turf is blue, its called "smurf turf!)
The other reason we were in Boise was to have celebrate my grandparents anniversary. They love Mexican food so we reserved a banquet room at a Mexican restaurant and had a P-A-R-T-Y!

Last Ski Weekend
On Friday night we went to Park City to stay with Cody's Parents for the weekend. Saturday morning, me, Cody, his brother and his fiance, and his dad skiied together and had a blast. Then Cody's mom brought Londyn at noon and we all had lunch and then took a couple runs with Londyn. She thinks skiing with Cody is the greatest thing ever. Everytime he would stop she would say "more, more." By 2:00 we were all exhausted so we sat in the hot tub for a while and headed home for naps! Then the boys went to the priesthood sesssion and the girls went to dinner.
Londyn's day of excitment and late nap totally threw her schedule off and she was up almost the whole night! Uh! Thank goodness Sunday was conference so we could lounge around all day. I loved all of the talks on Sunday and think President Monson is going to be a wonderful prophet!

Bowling
Backyard Adventures- Day 2
Soooo, this weekend we rented a tiller. It was awesome. Except we had to take the 1st one back becuase it wasn't powerful enough to cut through the concrete, I mean dirt! Londy was pretty good It was cold, so she just hung out in her stoller for a long time and ate some blue chalk! Ahhhh! The tiller made such a huge difference. We were able to rake and smooth out the dirt just the way we wanted it. Next step- Sprinklers and concrete.

Easter Sunday

Londyn's Easter basket.

She was sooo excited about her basket of goodies. Of course she went straight for the chocolate (that's my girl!)
Before and After

This is what is looked like a few hours later. (The pictures don't really do it justice).
We are basically going to have 2 different levels in the yard. An upper level for the patio and a small grassy area, and a lower level for the big yard and a garden. It's going to be a big project. We'll post pictures as we go!
Backyard Adventures
Cody driving the bobcat off the trailer and into the backyard. ( I was really scared. That thing was shaking like crazy!)
Chrissy and Christian, A.K.A slave labor! Actually, Cody's little bro and his fiance. We couldn't have done it without their help. We worked from 9am-11:00pm, and they were there for most of that time. I think we filled that trailer with 17 loads of dirt. Cody brought us the dirt and we moved it around to fill up the whole trailer, then we dumped it. Each cycle took about a 1/2 hour.

"MooMoo"

So Londyn started a new thing. She likes being in just a diaper or naked! (Sorry Chris and Tara!) So this afternoon I found this little night gown that I bought for her last fall for this summer. And showed her the "ice cream shirt" and she LOVED it! I thought she looked like an old lady in a moo moo! Oh, and she loves her new flip-flops and sunglasses!
