Bowling

We also did some bowling this weekend at Fat Cats. Londyn and Cody sported the plaid. Her upper lip is all red because she's had really bad allergies all week so her nose has been running. And that's Averie cheering us on- about to lose her pants!

Backyard Adventures- Day 2

Soooo, this weekend we rented a tiller. It was awesome. Except we had to take the 1st one back becuase it wasn't powerful enough to cut through the concrete, I mean dirt! Londy was pretty good It was cold, so she just hung out in her stoller for a long time and ate some blue chalk! Ahhhh! The tiller made such a huge difference. We were able to rake and smooth out the dirt just the way we wanted it. Next step- Sprinklers and concrete.

Easter Sunday

Londyn's Easter basket.

She was sooo excited about her basket of goodies. Of course she went straight for the chocolate (that's my girl!)

All ready for church.

Easter afternoon at my Aunt's house in Sugar House. It was a perfect, low key day. We ate our ham dinner outside and then let the kids play while we sat in the sun!

Before and After

This is what this side of the yard looked like when we started.

This is what is looked like a few hours later. (The pictures don't really do it justice).
We are basically going to have 2 different levels in the yard. An upper level for the patio and a small grassy area, and a lower level for the big yard and a garden. It's going to be a big project. We'll post pictures as we go!

Backyard Adventures

Cody driving the bobcat off the trailer and into the backyard. ( I was really scared. That thing was shaking like crazy!)

Londyn in I on the "hill" or what will one day be the hill for the slide!!
Chrissy and Christian, A.K.A slave labor! Actually, Cody's little bro and his fiance. We couldn't have done it without their help. We worked from 9am-11:00pm, and they were there for most of that time. I think we filled that trailer with 17 loads of dirt. Cody brought us the dirt and we moved it around to fill up the whole trailer, then we dumped it. Each cycle took about a 1/2 hour.

"MooMoo"

So Londyn started a new thing. She likes being in just a diaper or naked! (Sorry Chris and Tara!) So this afternoon I found this little night gown that I bought for her last fall for this summer. And showed her the "ice cream shirt" and she LOVED it! I thought she looked like an old lady in a moo moo! Oh, and she loves her new flip-flops and sunglasses!

St. Patrick's Day

Londyn enjoying her Leprechaun Punch!

The story behind "Leprechaun Punch." When I was in kindergarten my teachers gave us Leprechaun Punch on St. Patrick's Day. They told us that if we were "true" leprechauns, that we would slowly start to shrink. I was convinced my fingers were shrinking!

Double Trouble

Best Buddies!

Averie came over to play today while her mom ran some errands. I was getting ready and I thought they were
being sooooo good. When I came out....

....I found that they had gotten into a box of nursing pads! Looks like fun, huh?!

Feeling Crafty!

Cody and I's friends Dustin and Jill had their sweet baby girl Ella on Sunday, 18 days early!

I was feeling very creative and made her this diaper cake (after seeing how cute Katie Darlings turned out for Katie Rammell). Congrats to the Rammell fam, too on their new baby!

I've never made burp clothes either and whipped these up last night to give to baby Ella. (don't look too close at them, but they did turn out pretty cute for a 1st-timer)
